Join McMaster experts at PIVOT TECH ’24 for insights on sustainability in energy, building, and manufacturing. Explore discussions led by faculty on thermal networks, clean tech entrepreneurship, and renewable energy management.

Faculty members affiliated with the W Booth School will participate on various panels at PIVOT TECH ’24, a Hamilton-based conference focused on the sustainability advantage in energy, buildings and manufacturing. Jim Cotton will contribute to a discussion on the power of thermal networks, Kate Whalen will moderate a discussion with young entrepreneurs in the clean tech space, and Dr. Greg Zilberbrant, presents the role of circular economy action and the connection to decarbonization for renewable energy systems.. A featured talk will be delivered by John Preston on McMaster’s nuclear enterprise. This day-long, in-person event will take place on November 14 at the Cotton Factory in downtown Hamilton.
