Mac Eng alum Cosmos Voutsinos and his wife Donna have included a gift in their wills to support students.
Cosmos Voutsinos, MEng 1976, Mechanical Engineering, and his wife Donna, have included a gift in their wills to establish a scholarship in support of Mechanical Engineering graduate students who demonstrate academic and research excellence. Throughout his career in the nuclear engineering industry, Cosmos carried an appreciation for the growth of knowledge and understanding that his McMaster professors fostered. And while Cosmos studied, Donna worked as a research assistant in Biochemistry from 1972 to 1975 under Dr. McCalla who was Dean of Science at that time. This gift is both an expression of their thanks for the past and encouragement for the future.
If you are considering including McMaster University, or if you have already included McMaster in your estate plans, please tell us why you’ve made this powerful and thoughtful decision. You can reach our gift planning team here:
A gift in your will is an excellent way to support generations of Mac students and researchers, with little or no effect on your current finances. Like Cosmos and Donna, you can have a significant impact on the future in a way that is deeply meaningful to you.
