Developed between the Faculty of Engineering, the DeGroote School of Business, and the Forge Startup Incubator, the Minor in Innovation is designed to give students the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced, innovation-driven marketplace.
The minor is available to all McMaster University students. Ask your academic advisor if the Innovation Minor courses are applicable to your degree.
Students will have to complete 24 units (8 courses) to satisfy the requirements for a Minor in Innovation. This includes:

With a focus on developing real-world business skills, the strength of the innovation minor is that it gives students a set of tools for identifying and solving all kinds of interesting problems.
