In fall 2023, the incoming cohort of BEng students included 43% women — a 19% increase since 2017. This marks a new milestone in the Faculty’s 65-year history.

The inaugural Black @ Mac Event event served as an opportunity for children, prospective students and their supporters to explore STEM pathways and possibilities.

Barrier-free and transformational learning
From toddlers to young adults, Mac Eng is increasing awareness of, and interest in, STEM education through after-school clubs, camps and other programming.
